At MedSTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MedSTA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
